This is the first newsletter for the year, so don't be perturbed if you thought you missed out on last months newsletter.

Changes in technology mean that there are many advantages by issuing the newsletter in a blog environment. Its simpler for me to manage, upload photos and video and I think its a better and safer environment than email which is subject to spam and sometimes spam filtering. You can subscribe to the RSS feed and amazingly recieve this newsletter on a portable device like a cell phone. The tags allow you to quickly find topics that may have been previously published. People searching the internet may pick up this blog easier than the traditional newsletter form. Its simple to add to your favourites or to leave a comment.
